The hotel was great and very comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The service and staff were excellent, always courteous and ready to assist with any requests. I would especially like to thank Jose for his exceptional help in carrying my luggage during check-out, making my departure smooth and stress-free. Additionally, there was no language barrier as the front desk staff spoke English fluently, which made communication effortless and enhanced my overall experience. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff who assisted me during the check-in and check-out process, as well as during my stay, including helping me choose transportation. Despite language difficulties with locals, utilizing ChatGPT and Google Translate proved incredibly helpful for communication. I recommend other travelers download the 99 app for transportation in Curitiba, as it's convenient and easy to use. Additionally, consider using the Airalo app and purchasing a global e-SIM for seamless connectivity during travels. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to others.
