Novotel Curitiba Batel

I recently stayed at Novotel Curitiba Batel and had an exceptionally comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel was great and very comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The service and staff were excellent, always courteous and ready to assist with any requests. I would especially like to thank Jose for his exceptional help in carrying my luggage during check-out, making my departure smooth and stress-free. Additionally, there was no language barrier as the front desk staff spoke English fluently, which made communication effortless and enhanced my overall experience. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff who assisted me during the check-in and check-out process, as well as during my stay, including helping me choose transportation. Despite language difficulties with locals, utilizing ChatGPT and Google Translate proved incredibly helpful for communication. I recommend other travelers download the 99 app for transportation in Curitiba, as it's convenient and easy to use. Additionally, consider using the Airalo app and purchasing a global e-SIM for seamless connectivity during travels. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel, very clean, excellent bed and shower, super friendly staff. Overall excellent!

All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Not only with my stay in the hotel. They also kindly offered detailed information about sightseeing in the city. And they were very humble about their English, which they speak very well. The experience was simply maravilhosa!

Location is great, the room was spacious and the TV had nice channels, restaurant has delicious food.
